HEY, I'M KELSEY

If we were meeting in person it'd probably be over a glass of red wine, or on a walk through the park with coffee in our hands. After a few minutes of small talk I'd probably start asking you deeper questions about life and what you love the most. Because I love to hear the things that make you, you!

I'm here to document stories because I believe photos aren't just for the eyes, they are for the soul - snapshots of our lives that last long after the moment is gone.

not just a photographer, a visual storyteller for loved up souls.

I spent an overwhelming amount of time trying to preserve memories. I’d right them down or replay them in my head like a movie montage as my attempt to try and relive them.

I quickly figured out that a camera was the perfect tool to capture those moments that made me feel warm and alive. This eventually made me realize that documenting human connection and emotion filled me with inexplainable joy. The way humans interact and show love is a beautiful thing — and to be able to capture it through art is truly an honor.

From a young age, I felt a strong need to document everything that was happening around me...

Movie montages, traveling, hazy morning light, star gazing, window light, meeting new people, camp fires, layers within the mountain ranges, hiking, and, of course, human connection.

No matter who and where we are, we’re all souls wandering this beautiful earth, with a different story to share. No tale is one and the same. And that’s why I LOVE documenting love stories

Some things that influence my work are:

Besides my super cute pup, Ember....

Movies and documentaries take up most of my evenings.

Deep convos with my friends over a glass of red wine make my heart happy.

Thrift shopping and finding hidden gems is something I do weekly.

DIY projects and journaling are my stress relievers.

And of course, there is nothing that stretches my imagination, teaches me new things, and brings me a sense of wonder more than travel.

TRAVELING HAS MADE ME WHO I AM TODAY

I traveled often as a child and it has carried over into my adult life. It influenced me to go to school in New York and live in Australia for five months.

I believe that when we immerse ourselves in an unfamiliar place with unfamiliar faces is when we truly get to know ourselves.

New adventures set my soul on fire. And whether you plan on getting married out of state, eloping somewhere epic, or want to go to a jaw dropping location for your engagement photos– I would love to meet you somewhere meaningful.

Have a peep at my bucket list places. These are locations that I have been dying to visit and offer a discount for!
